We are always looking for dedicated professionals to join our conference board and contribute to the development and success of our department. To ensure that all board members bring value and expertise, we have established the following criteria for eligibility:

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To maintain the excellence of our board, applicants must meet the following requirements:

📘 1. Academic or Professional Credentials

• PhD or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Technology, Business, Engineering, or similar disciplines).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry or academic experience.
• Recognized expertise demonstrated through publications, conference presentations, or industry accolades.

🧠 2. Research & Publication Contributions

• At least 3 research papers published in peer-reviewed journals or presented at international conferences.
• Active engagement in ongoing research or industry innovation.

👥 3. Leadership & Collaboration

• Leadership experience in academia, industry, or on professional boards.
• Ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in organizing or participating in conferences, workshops, or professional events is highly preferred.

🎓 4. Professional Memberships

• Active membership in recognized professional associations.
• Commitment to ethical standards and organizational values.

⏳ 5. Commitment & Involvement

• Willingness to commit approximately 10 hours per quarter to board responsibilities.
• Participation in strategic planning, event organization, and research paper reviews.
• High level of professionalism and dedication to the department’s mission.
